The game is about the world of crime and the mafia. The player creates his own character, sets his appearance, and picks out his clothes. After that, the game begins. The player has to perform the missions that the game gives him. For each mission, he will receive a reward. This can be spent on various add-ons, weapons, cars, and so on. The more missions he completes, the higher his level will be. He can also be killed in a firefight if hit with a weapon. In this case, the game must be restarted.
